The Bhagwadgeeta is not a mantra, but it is a tantra, means technique. Bhagwadgeeta must be experienced empathetically.
I urge people to be attentive to the emotions in these verses. Bhagwadgeeta must be watched like a drama. A dialogue between two true friends, Krushna and Arjun. The video series brings the Bhagwadgeeta close to heart. It helps the viewer implement the techniques elaborated in the Bhagwadgeeta.
The Bhagwadgeeta is not a mantra, but it is a tantra, means technique. Mantra can be recited as many times as required and remembered. However, the techniques must be used and the best practices should be referred to. Hence, I call Bhagwadgeeta as a reference book. We can never understand the intensity or impact of a particular situation until it is experienced. Bhagwadgeeta must be experienced empathetically.
In this video series…
We will
1. Enjoy it as a dialogue
2. Discover the reasons behind collaborative-dialogue
3. Appreciate the rally of questions & answers
4. Go on a tour of the Bhagavad Geeta.
We will NOT …
1. ‘teach’ chapter by chapter reciting verse by verse!
2. mug-up by-heart Bhagwadgeeta
3. get engaged in philosophical rhetoric*
4. compartmentalise Bhagwadgeeta (as intellectual, devotional etc.)
01: Confusion Uncovered
02: The Dashing Entry!
03: True mindset of Yadnya!
04: Act, actor, character
05: Oh, out of syllabus!
06: Competencies & role models!
07: Happiness, Sportsmanship
08: Aroma & Breeze
09: Arjuna’s Yorker
10: Set of Four, creates one

DG has really put his heart and soul this BG course. This is effort several years, and blessing of his Grandfather. Eventhough DG does not accept his mastery over Sanskrit. I think he really made me aware of Sanskrit that I was not ware of. The illustration are remarkable, to convey the shlokas meaning. I was immersed in hearing DG’s satsang and trying to understand BG, as I have never heard BG in this perspective. I have heard that BG can be interpreted in 7 was. This was nice encounter to learn BG directly to a common man. I learned the deep meaning of shlokas 6:25. Also I learm that Mission, Vision and Values are not for corportate. I should also this, and earning money is also a virtue, followed with guidelines.
I am spellbound and I will also be eager to be in futures BG session. As every time I learn I find something new, especially with DG’s teaching methodolgy and mechical engineer perspective.

While listening to DG many unanswered questions were answered. Also now it is very easy to relate to Bhagwat Gita. As I have shared at the very beginning of my course with DG I can relate to many things which I otherwise would not. Looking forward to more courses and more learning and application.
