DG made significant change in the workshop duration of PMP program from 5 days to 4 days. There onwards many innovative ideas in delivery, design, contents, facilitations, examples and pattern are introduced in all these years.
This time he is bringing a major change again with reducing the duration. NOW PMP Exam Study Facilitation Workshop will be of 3 + 1 day (3 days physical presence required by participants)

Agenda :
Day 1, 2, 3 : These days shall be of classroom training in a group. First three days we will cover entire portion in the syllabus. We will make sure that all concepts of project management are cleared – Classroom training.
Videos : Following videos shall be handed over to you.
   a. Magic of 99 - solve 99 questions provided by us. - 2 hours. Watch the video where in DG himself have given detailed explanation for the
      answers - 2 hours (videos can be watched again and again)
   b. Animated Movie of PMBOK Revision: Entire revision of the PMBOK with 2 dimensional diagram in 40 min movie - Self-study (Movie can be
       watched again and again for quick revision)

Advantages of this design :

• This would help open house participants saving one day of weekend. The open-house participants at present have to spend two consecutive weekends at the workshop. This means they have to skip holiday for consecutive 19 days. This arrangement would give a relief.
• We are handing over some videos - PMBOK Revision Movie and video of answers to all practice questions are provided to participants without any addition of cost. The answers for all 99 questions will be given with justifications and reasons. The video can be heard repeatedly. At present participants, if interested, need to buy the revision video. Now participants will get this DVD &/or MP4 file as a part of training kit.
