Introduction :

If we twist the definition of the democracy in the context of the project management & leadership; it would appear as "...by the stakeholders, for the stakeholders, & of the stakeholders". 'Stakeholders' is an extremely important aspect of any endeavor – small or large; simple or complex. The entire project work gets developed on the foundation of stakeholders. This makes it imperative to a project manager / leader to manage the stakeholder community effectively.
This workshop thoroughly focuses on real fundamentals of stakeholder management.

Learning Objectives : At the end of the workshop, the participants shall be able to …

  • Define the real meaning of stakeholders.
  • Identify and analyze the stakeholders.
  • Identify MBTI® based personality types of stakeholders.
  • Devise communication strategies using of personality type
  • List one use of 3 parts of human brain in managing stakeholders
  • Use at least one way to avoid amygdala hijack in interactions
  • Use tips for managing stakeholders received from other industry professionals
  • Identify and define actions for working on self – a key stakeholders
  • Receive 12 movies totaling to 24 hours of real life experience sharing of 12 professionals. [24 PDUs]
