Introduction :
Project Management is equally important for managing large as well as small projects. In fact, PM skills and techniques can be utilized partially or wholly, in almost all the processes within the operational framework as well. The program is based on A guide to Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) published by Project Management Institute (PMI)®.

Learning Objectives :
High level course flow : There will be mainly following phases in the workshop.
Part 1 : Defining
Reinforcing the fundamental understanding of Project, Project Stakeholders, and Project Definition with the practical implications. (Discussion and role plays, movie clips)
Part 2 : Experiencing
Experience the "project environment" with simulation of complete life cycle project. (Interactive game observations)
Part 3 : Understanding
Part 03 Understanding Explaining the project management areas and parameters based on the live experience in Part 02 in the light of Six Sigma Project. (Discussions, Presentations, Assignments)
Part 4 : Associating
Mapping the usage and extent of application of PM principles for Six Sigma projects. (Case Study).
Methodology :
The program would be based on Case Study workouts. The participants will be made aware about the PM Principles by using techniques like discussions, group presentations, game and role play to facilitate them to work on major tools like WBS, Schedule, Resource Loading, Risk Register, Communication Plan, on the real life case study as discussed.
Prerequisite :
Participants should have project management background as project managers and have managed couple of projects or part of projects. The participants must have the six sigma green belt or six sigma black belt projects selected before they come to the class.
